Turmeric Smoothie


1-1 1/2 teaspoons powdered turmeric 

1/4 cup coconut milk

1-2 teaspoons Tahini

1/2 cup blueberries

1-2 teaspoons cocoa powder

1/2 banana (optional)

Protein powder (optional)

3/4 cup liquid of your choice - kiefer, yogurt, almond milk, milk, water, etc.



Blend all the ingredients, except the protein powder, until smooth. Once taste is correct, add protein powder, pulsing lightly to incorporate throughout.
