Morning Breakfast Parfait


3/4 cup unsweetened organic Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup organic cooked oats

1 teaspoon organic Chia seeds

1-2 scoops protein powder (make sure it's complete protein)

Homemade nut milk, water or other splash of liquid

Berries, chopped fruit, nuts, figs, mashed sweet potato or other desired topping

1/4 cup granola


Mix the first 5 ingredients, combining well. Place in a bowl and top as desired. Makes one serving, but you can make several servings at one time and refrigerate for use throughout the week.
