Flourless Pumpkin Brownies

Flourless Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup pumpkin
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Pour batter into the loaf pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan and serving.


Yields: 8-10 brownies
