Clean Eating Green Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 banana

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

dash of cinnamon

1 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon milled flaxseed

 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy and well combined. Pour roughly 1/4 cup of mixture into a greased skillet heated to medium. Flip when the top bubbles and begins to look dry. Continue until the pancake batter is used up. You should get about 6-7 pancakes!

*This is a perfect recipe for a St. Patrick's Day breakfast!
