Brownie Batter Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 banana, peeled (frozen if you want a thick ice-cream like shake)

1/2 ripe avocado

2 scoops of your favorite protein powder

3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk

3/4 cup water

Pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
