Apple and Cinnamon Wedges

Apple and Cinnamon Wedges

Ingredients:

1 apple

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Cinnamon

 

Instructions:

Core and cut the apple into wedges. Heat coconut oil in frying pan over a low heat. Add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Lightly fry for approximately 5 minutes, or to desired softness.
